Should the Knights hold onto their slender lead over the Dolphins they will book a home against most probably the Titans, who are the leaders in Pool B.

The Knights have had several star performers throughout the season, and they will be hoping for a complete performance in the Mother City.

The Knights captain, Pite van Biljon, told OFM Sport that at this stage the focus is only on the Cobras.

“We did pretty well against the Titans, especially seeing that they had seven Proteas playing against us.

“As a team, we are busy building towards something which will hopefully be special, whereas they have a pretty settled team.

“Aiden (Markram) and Dean (Elgar) batted very well. Dean is an old Free Stater and he has been a thorn in our side for a few games now.

“We've played every game this season as if it's important and we're not even looking at the final.

“We're still striving to find our game in our way. If we can do that and focus on that we give ourselves the best chance of getting a result.”

Sunday’s match at Newlands gets underway at 10:00.
