Harris to face Nava after Murray withdraws─── MORGAN PIEK 16:13 Wed, 24 Mar 2021
Lloyd Harris - ATP Tour
South Africa’s leading men’s singles tennis player, Lloyd Harris, will no longer face the two-time Wimbledon champion, Andy Murray, at the Miami Open.
The 33-year-old Murray, who is currently ranked 119th in the world, has withdrawn from the event, citing a groin injury as the reason.
Harris, who is ranked 52nd and reached the final of the Dubai Championships last week, will now face the American qualifier, Emilio Nava, instead. Nava has a career-highest ranking of 556th.
The winner of this Wednesday's match in the Sunshine State will face the 7th seeded Roberto Bautista Agut in the second round.
