Pretorius is playing for the Jamaica Tallawahs, along with another former Knight, in the form of the West Indies all-rounder, Andre Russel.

After eight games in the CPL, Pretorius, is currently the second-highest wicket-taker in the competition with 15 scalps.

As it stands, the Windies and Trinbago Knight Riders seamer, Ravi Rampaul, leads the charts with 17 wickets.

Pretorius' best performance with the ball was in the game against the St Lucia Kings where he returned figures of 4/32 in four overs.

These included the wickets of Rahkeem Cornwall, Roston Chase, and the former Proteas captain, Faf du Plessis, for a first-ball duck.

The Tallawahs still have three games in the tournament and can still make the playoffs.

At the moment, the Tallawahs are third in the standings with four wins from their eight games to date.
