The Dragons suffered two heavy defeats in the first two rounds and will be desperate to earn a first win this week.

The Warriors will have a point to prove after they were bowled out for 96 & 54 in their previous game against the Lions and lost by an innings and 20 runs.

Van den Bergh told OFM Sport that it special to play his 100th game in his hometown.

“It actually snuck on me a little bit. In the week I realised that it's my 100th game.

“It's nice to be able to play it in Potch. It's a place where I grew up and went to school and sort of started my career.

“So, it's nice to be about to do it here.

“Hopefully I can carry on for a bit after that and that it will be one to remember.”

So far, Van den Bergh has scored 5148 runs in 162 innings, with 23 not outs. Van den Bergh has a highest score of 217* in the format and bats at an average of 37.03. He has 11 centuries and 27 fifties to his name.
