The former Proteas allrounder and current Netherlands player, Roelof van der Merwe, will be making a return to the franchise in Pretoria.
Van der Merwe played for the Titans from 2006 to the end of the 2014/15 season before plying his trade all over the world in various T20 Leagues.
The 39-year-old comes in to replace another very experienced spinner in Aaron Phangiso who is heading to the Knights. Matthew Kleinveldt, who joined the Titans from the Knights, has departed the to link up with the North West Dragons following his stint in England.
Other players that will be joining the Titans next season are the Proteas trio of Andile Phehlukwayo, Sisanda Magala and Keegan Petersen.
