Evan Rachel Wood Opens Up About Past Abusive Relationship and Self-Harm

Rachel has opened up about the abuse she suffered during her past relationship.

Using the hashtag #IAmNotOk, the actress took to Twitter on Monday to share her story of abuse in order to raise awareness for domestic violence.

"2 years into my abusive relationship I resorted to self harm," Wood wrote along with a photo of herself during that time period, showing scars on her arm. "When my abuser would threaten or attack me, I cut my wrist as a way to disarm him. It only made the abuse stop temporarily. At that point I was desperate to stop the abuse and I was too terrified to leave."

Craig Lucas has decided to go in deep into his life and let his fans in on his personal life as he shared parts of the hard journey to healing in his struggle with depression.

The Voice SA winner explained that since his open letter last year, in which he had revealed that he was depressed and suicidal, he's had to work really hard to pull himself out of a "dark time".

"I've been going through such a dark time this past month, just not feeling good enough as a singer and artist, and then having to deal with losing my best friend, my first love."

"I just ate and drank myself to death every day. Felt worthless and ugly. But I'm fighting back today."

Justin Bieber went on to ask his fans to pray for him as he reveals he is 'struggling'

Justin has given his fans a recent update on his mental health, asking them to pray for him.

He has been struggling in recent months with depression and has decide to let everyone know that he needs them on his road to recovery.

Sharing a photo of himself wearing a shirt with a photo of late rapper Tupac Shakur while praying with Kanye West and manager Scooter Braun, Justin wrote: " Just wanted to keep you guys updated a little bit hopefully what I’m going through will resonate with you guys."

A source told E! News at the time: "He really wants to get better. He has been seeking all the help he can get. He is in outpatient therapy and getting help every day."
