Good news is that 40 might really be the new 30. Your 40s are often seen as a milestone that brings big changes, but that doesn't necessarily mean you need to slow down or feel older. If you compare “middle age” in 2025 with “middle age” fifty years ago, many people are experiencing this decade differently, forty-year-olds have more energy and confidence.
