Gautrain service disrupted after car crash─── 11:52 Fri, 29 Aug 2014

Johannesburg - The Gautrain train service was disrupted this morning when a car crashed into an Eskom pylon.
A spokesperson for the Gautrain operator Bombela Concession Company says the accident caused the pylon to drop one of its lines across the Gautrain alignment.
Errol Braithwaite says Gautrain train services to the airport, and between Marlboro and the Johannesburg CBD, were interrupted.
Braithwaite says no trains were stuck in tunnels and only one train was stranded near the Marlboro station.
The affected passengers were safely disembarked and led back to Marlboro station. He says buses were deployed to ferry Gautrain passengers between the affected stations as there were widespread delays.
