White along with his AF Corsa and Emil Frey Racing teammate, Jean-Luc D’Auria of Switzerland took the checkered flag in their 488 Ferrari GT3.

The pair had a good weekend in Italy by starting the race in pole position.

They beat their closest rivals, Artem Petrov and Ricardo Cazzaniga in the Lamborghini Huracan by 2.360 seconds.

White told OFM Sport that he couldn’t have asked for any better.

“Firstly it's really an honour to be able to race in a Ferrari,” said White from Misano.

“Secondly, it's a dream come true to win in a Ferrari in Italy. There's not much more that you can ask for.

“We're really ecstatic about the win. It's been a great weekend for us and a really strong start to the season. We're really looking forward to the next round at Monza.

“We are in a good position for the championship, so we just need to keep working on ourselves and keep improving.”

Round two of the Italian GT Sprint Championship at Monza will take place on 25 June.
