The Griquas and Pumas always provided for a thrilling encounter, however, the match in the Northern Cape will be special.

It will be the first time in his career that Willemse will get to play against his brother, Jaco, who will be playing for the Pumas.

Willemse told OFM Sport that he's sure it will be a nerve-wracking game for their parents.

“It’s always a tough game against the Pumas,” said the fiery flanker.

“It’s the first in my rugby career to be playing against my brother and I’m excited. It will be a moment to remember forever.

“It’ll be a nerve-wracking game for our parents, but, looking forward to it and the Griquas are going to give it their all.”

Saturday afternoon’s game at Tafel Lager Park kicks off at 15:00.
