The Toyota Cheetahs have opted for continuity heading into their Currie Cup game against Western Province in Bloemfontein on Wednesday.

The coach, Hawies Fourie, has decided to field exactly the same team that he would have played against Lions last week.

Upfront, Junior Pokomela, returns to the starting XV< while in the backline, David Brits, comes in at outside centre.

The bench sees the return of Cameron Dawson, Beertjie van Vuuren, Reinhardt Fortuin and Chris Smit.

Brits has had limited time at the Cheetahs and when he played it was on the wing. It his be his first outing in the midfield for the Cheetahs.

Fourie told OFM Sport that he looks forward to seeing Brits in action.

"He trained really with the team last week when we prepped for the Lions. We had two sessions this week and I look forward to seeing David at outside centre.

"I know what he is capable of. He is a hard worker has really good attention to detail. I'm pretty sure that he will know what to do and he is looking for to playing against Province.

"He had a Province contract as a junior and lost it. So, he has got something to prove and I'm really excited to see him play on Wednesday.

"I think that he will make a difference to the team."
