The Leopards have included the scrumhalf, Riaan Genis, in the starting team as the only change to the team that beat the Boland Cavaliers 52-29 in the semi-finals.

The Leopards last won the First Division in 2016, while they will be playing in their first final since 2017.

The Leopards loose-forward, André Fouché, told OFM Sport that the title will mean a lot for the community.

“It will mean a lot for the community and for the Leopards going forward.

“It's going to be a titanic battle and it is a huge honour for us to be playing in the final.

“We worked very hard for this and us per usual it is going to be a huge fight between these two teams.

“We know what they are going to bring and vice versa.”

Friday afternoon’s final at the Olën Park kicks off at 16:30.
