The national captain, Kolisi, as well as the hooker, Mbonambi, will each make just their second appearance for the Sharks.

Yesterday Kolisi was named as the South African Rugby Player of the Year.

These are the only two changes the coach, Sean Everitt, has made to his starting XV.

Everitt lauded Kolisi for his latest accolade.

“We are very fortunate and we are very happy with the reward that Siya has received.

“It's just rewarding for the effort he's put in at the Sharks and the form he has displayed at the Springboks.

“It's credit for the hard work that he has put in because he was under the pump from a critical perspective with regards to his 2020 performances.

“He's got that right now and we're very proud of him. The same is very much applicable for Aphelele.

“He's been in fine form and in 2020, he was the form fullback at the time.”

Tomorrow’s game at Kings’ Park kicks off at 17:05, while at 15:00 the Lions host the Bulls at Ellis Park.
