The Blitzbok stalwart, Specman has been named on the wing following a lengthy injury lay-off, while the promising Siya Masuku has been named at flyhalf.

In the pack, Aidon Davis, will play at lock with Andisa Ntsila starting at flank.

The Cheetahs are experiencing somewhat on a crises in the second-row, hence Davis being named at lock. The move does however give the Cheetahs a lot more mobility in the position.

The loose-forward, Jeandré Rudolph, will also make return from injury when he comes off the bench. The flyhalf, Reinhardt Fortuin, is also set for a return from injury and has also been named on the bench.

Coach Hawies Fourie told OFM Sport that it will take a team effort to beat the Bulls in their own backyeard.

“We've got a really good backline and we've hard on the setpiece over the last two weeks.

“We've got really good options to play from and I am confident that we get our share of lineout and scrum ball.

“If we can manage that, then we can test the Bulls defence with our backline. So, it will be a team effort, but I am excited to see what we can do on Wednesday.”
