The only change is at scrumhalf, with the former Griquas captain, Zak Burger, starting while Embrose Papier rotates to the bench.

Last week the Bulls outclassed the Lions with a 34-10 win at Ellis Park.

Bulls coach, Jake White, warns that the Lions will be a different challenge tomorrow.

“The result from last weekend when we beat the Lions at Ellis Park will mean nothing. It’s now a new week and they will come to Loftus Versfeld a hungry side and will want to make amends for the defeat last Saturday.

“We expect nothing less than another challenging encounter against the side from Johannesburg.

“They showed how strong they can be in the set pieces last week, while also coming at us with some clever, running rugby. We can definitely expect more of the same this weekend.”

Tomorrow’s game at Loftus Versfeld kicks off at 15:00, while at 17:05 the Stormers host the Sharks in Cape Town.
