NWU Eagles target momentum against Shimlas─── MORGAN PIEK 15:02 Mon, 14 Mar 2022

The North West University Eagles will be targeting momentum this evening when they face the University of the Free State Shimlas in Bloemfontein in round five of the Varsity Cup.
The Eagles enter the game against their traditional rivals on the back of an outstanding 17-9 win over the University of Pretoria Tuks last week.
The Shimlas in their turn suffered their first defeat with a 53-31 loss at the hands of Wits.
The Eagles loose-forward, André Fouche, told OFM Sport that they are targeting consistency.
“We are going to test our physicality against them and what we are also going to do is to just be consistent.
“We are going to try and build on the momentum from our win against Tuks.
“In just being consistent in what we do is going to be quite a win for us.
“We must just stay with our processes and just live out and enjoy the moment.”
This intervarsity clash at Shimla Park kicks off at 19:00. At the same the consistent Ixias host the Maties at CUT Park.
