Four of the players are in the starting XV, with Munier Hartzenberg playing on the right wing.
Upfront, Friedle Olivier and Roelof Smit will play at flank, while Mzwanele Zito will start at lock.
The fifth debutant in the squad is the hooker, Marko Janse van Rensburg, who will be covering from the bench.
The Cheetahs coach, Hawies Fourie, told OFM Sport they will give all of the players game time in the tournament.
