Sharks change three for Ulster clash─── MORGAN PIEK 11:45 Fri, 24 Feb 2023
The Sharks have made just three changes to their team that will face Ulster in Durban on Saturday in the United Rugby Championship.
The flanker Dylan Richardson and Vincent Tshituka will both start tomorrow after playing off the bench last week. They start ahead of James Venter and the former Cheetah, Henco Venter.
In the backline Boeta Chamberlain returns from injury and replaces Aphelele Fassi at fullback.
The Sharks coach, Neil Powell, said that the game at Kings’ Park is vitally important in terms of log points.
“We all know that this is quite an important game, said the former Free State scrumhalf.
“There are only four teams playing this weekend and that basically means that we are still one game behind the other URC teams. Except for the other three teams that will be playing this weekend.
“In term of the table, it is an important game for us and we always say, our goal will always be to win a game.
“The focus will just be on us and what we need to do to win a game and to be successful.”
This match at the Shark Tank kicks off at 14:00, while at 16:15 the Lions tackle the Glasgow Warriors at Ellis Park.
