The Toyota Cheetahs will be in action on Friday when they face the Western Force in Mandurah in the third Toyota Challenge match.

The Cheetahs will find the going tough today as they only arrived in Perth on Tuesday night following a 35-hour journey from Bloemfontein.

The Cheetahs are however looking to take an unassailable 3-0 lead in the challenge after winning the first two games at home.

This will also be historic in a sense that it will be the first Toyota Challenge game to be played outside of Bloemfontein.

For the Force it will be their first home game in some time and players such as the outside back Harry Potter it will his first outing in front of home fans.

The Force coach, Simon Cron, said the objectives of their home games remains the same as when they were on tour in South Africa.

“The objective of the tour remains the same, development of our players and creating depth for Super Rugby. As a result, it’s a relatively unchanged line-up from South Africa, with the only changes forced upon us due to injury.”

Kick-off in Mandurah is at 13:00 on Friday afternoon.
