Seema, who is a legendary former captain of the club has been in charge of Phunya Sele Sele since the departure of Steve Komphela in December 2018.

The 40-year-old has been at Celtic since 2013, and OFM Sport has it on good authority that his assistant and another stalwart of Celtic football, John Maduka, will also be leaving the club.

The pair as expected to be announced as the new coaches of the Port Elizabeth-based Chippa United but the end of the week.

The ongoing financial issues at the Bloemfontein-based club have been making headlines for years, and recently it was revealed that the technical staff and coaches had only been receiving a portion of their salaries.

Celtic has confirmed the departure of Seema, however, he has been unable to comment as yet.

This is a developing story…
