Wolverhampton Wanderers did their quest to stay in the top 6 a big favour when they beat Crystal Palace 2-0, while Brighton & Hove Albion and Newcastle United played to a goalless stalemate. This important point earned by the Seagulls in their last home game of the season ensured that they will remain in the top flight of English football.

There are just four matches remaining in the penultimate round, but for the final matchday of the season which will be played on Saturday.

On Tuesday evening the relegation-threatened Watford will host Manchester City that they will be desperate for an unlikely upset to climb away from the red-zone.

The same goes for Aston Villa, who will host Arsenal at Villa Park, needing an unlikely win to attempt to move away from the danger zone.

These matches will kick-off at 19:00 and 21:15 respectively.
