After two rounds on the PSL it's back to the first cup competition of the season when Golden Arrows host Mamelodi Sundowns and Cape Town City face Swallows.

In the first semi-final this weekend Arrows will be at home to the reigning league champions, Sundowns.

The Brazilians co-coach, Rulani Mokwena, says Arrows are very unpredictable and this makes it more challenging to prepare for a match against the them.

“They have a very Arrows way of playing and I think it's synonymous with how they are known as Abafana Bes'thende.

“They play with a bit more exuberance.

“They play a little of CAF football, and even when they try to have some form of organisation, they still try to maintain a little of flair and the expressive abilities of their players.

This semi-final at the Sugar Ray Xulu Stadium kicks off at 15:00 on Saturday afternoon, while on Sunday the Citizens host the Dube Birds at the Athlone Stadium.
