The Premier Soccer League has confirmed that the 2021 MTN8 final will be played at the Moses Mabidha Stadium in Durban.

The match for the first title of the season will be contested between Cape Town City FC and the PSL champions, Mamelodi Sundowns.

In the semi-finals the Citizens beat Swallows 4-0 on aggregate, while the Brazilians beat Golden Arrows 4-1 on aggregate.

It will be the sixth time the final is hosted at the venue since 2011, with the last being in 2018, when Cape Town City beat SuperSport United 4-1 on penalties after the game ended 1-1 after added extra time.
