TERMS & CONDITIONS – SPUR KIDS’ BIRTHDAY COMPETITION
- The Spur Kids’ Birthday Competition runs on OFM as part of the Spur Winning Weekend campaign.
- To enter, listeners must WhatsApp the keyword ‘SPUR’ to 066 050 6830 and follow the instructions.
- Entries must include a voice note from a child telling us how old they are and what they love most about Spur.
- Weekly winners will receive a R1000 Spur voucher.
- If the winner or their parent/guardian is a registered Spur App member, they will receive an additional R1000 voucher.
- Winners will be called and put on-air during the selected show. If a selected winner cannot be reached or does not answer, another winner will be chosen, and the original entrant will forfeit their prize.
- Winners will be verified before/after prizes are awarded. Proof of Spur App registration may be required to claim the bonus voucher.
- Vouchers will be dispatched within 6–8 weeks of winning.
- Winners must be South African residents aged 18 or older (parents/guardians entering on behalf of a child).
- By entering, parents or guardians give Spur and OFM the right to use their child’s name, age, and voice note on-air, online, or for related promotional use.
- Prizes are not transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- You are not eligible to win again within 90 days on the radio station or in any other Spur competition. This will be verified.
- The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Spur and OFM reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
