OFM Braai Challenge Venue: Amadeus butchery at Sechaba Mall

“We have 11 different official languages but only one word for the wonderful institution of braai” - Archbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu, patron of National Braai Day.

This September,Fridays were Braaidays on OFM!

Not only did we honour the age old South African tradition of coming together around a fire, we braaied with a purpose.

OFM visited towns and cities throughout our broadcast region where you could purchase boerewors rolls to raise funds for a local charity.

We are proud to share that this year’s OFM Braai Challenge was a huge success, we were able to raise just over R150 000 for various charities in Central South Africa!

Thank you Bethlehem, you helped raised R20475 for the Bethlehem SPCA, during the #OFMBraaiChallenge's last stop at Amadeus butchery at Sechaba Mall. It was all made possible with the help of Sechaba Mall and Amadeus butchery, thank you for your support.

Dankie Vryburg!
