Lace up for one of the Free State’s favourite road-running events in Bloemfontein on Saturday, 15 November 2025! Whether you’re chasing a personal best or simply running for fun, the Northridge Mall Marathon has a distance for every level. It is a Comrades Qualifier race. 

Plus, this year, Free State Athletics will proudly host the ASA 10 km Championships as part of the marathon. You can watch elite runners compete for national honours!

Distances and entry fee

• Marathon (42.2 km): R260
• Half Marathon (21.1 km): R200
• Road Race (10 km): R160
• Fun Run (5 km): R80

Key details

• Venue: All races will start and finish at OFM.
• Pre-entries close: Midnight, 12 November
• Late entries: 13 & 14 November, Northridge Mall (in front of Sportsman’s Warehouse) from 17:00 – 20:00. Card facilities available.
• Race pack collection: 13 & 14 November at Northridge Mall, same times as late entries. Saturday collections only for pre-entries.
