The Office of the Tax Ombud is an independent and free service that assists taxpayers with unresolved service, procedural and administrative complaints relating to SARS.

If you remain dissatisfied after engaging SARS, or your complaint has not been resolved within 21 business days, the OTO may be able to assist.
