Johannesburg - At least five people have died and 30 others are injured after a massive accident on the N1 north bound just past the 14th avenue off-ramp in Roodepoort.
A vehicle also overturned and landed on the south bound road, resulting in traffic being obstructed in both directions. ER24 spokesperson Vanessa Jackson says the accident involves at least 25 cars, a truck and a taxi. The entire highway has been closed.
