Kenya has proposed anti-counterfeit recordation regulations that are set to up the ante on the country’s war on rampant counterfeit goods.
OFM Business Hour spoke to ENS Africa’s Mahesh Acharya to find out more about the regulations. The executive anticipates the regulations will be implemented before the end of 2021. Here is more of the interview:
