The most common mistake that South Africans make when it comes to investing is not doing enough research.
Ryk van Niekerk, Moneyweb’s editor, tells the OFM Business Hour that getting clued up on the As to Zs of investing in the markets is crucial to making your money grow.
Moneyweb hosts its ‘better investor conference' on 22 and 23 June 2022, aimed at "helping people become better investors,” says van Niekerk.
The Moneyweb team will be speaking to some of the top investments specialists and will also have some keynote speakers addressing attendees, such as: Dr Adrian Saville, investment specialist at Genera Capital; Valdene Reddy, the director responsible for capital markets at the Johannesburg Stock Exchange; and Busisa Jiya, the chief executive officer (CEO) of the Association for Savings and Investment South African (Asisa).
