The state of North West municipalities and departments will be in the spotlight once again. This as the Auditor-General, Tsakani Maluleke, is in the province to meet with the leadership of the Province, including the premier and the speaker.

OFM News previously reported that the North West Legislature’s Health Committee has lodged an investigation into the delayed construction at the Mmabatho Nursing College.

The state of health affairs at the Kgakala Clinic outside Wolmaransstad in the Maquassi Hills Municipality in North West was also under serious scrutiny following visits by the Portfolio Committee on Health and Social Development earlier this year.

Meanwhile, OFM News learners from Klipgat secondary and Thule Primary have been studying outside classes after the department of labour had allegedly closed down the schools' buildings due to unsafe conditions and old infrastructure.
Maluleke will be meeting with the speaker of the legislature, Sussana Dantjie, Premier Bushy Maape, Finance MEC Motlalepula Rosho, and Cogta MEC, Lina Miga.
