Residents of Tshiame and the Special Economic Zone have been without power for the past two weeks.
DA councillor in the Maluti-A-Phofung municipality, Eleanor Quinta, says the situation is worsened by bad weather conditions.
This followed shortly after the area was without power for a week due to maintenance, and also experienced power supply issues for an extended period of time over the 2021/22 festive season.
