Mangaung cautions residents of planned water interruptions─── 08:29 Tue, 22 Aug 2023
Residents of Mangaung in the Free State have been advised to prepare for water interruptions.
Municipal spokesperson, Qondile Khedama, said the water disruptions will take place from Tuesday (22/8) until Thursday (24/8). The water cuts will be mainly due to the planned maintenance by the service provider, Bloem Water. The maintenance will take place at the Rustfontein WWTW plant.
Khedama said the purpose of this operational programme is to ensure water supplied to the Mangaung community is of high quality and complies with quality standards for human consumption. He requested residents and business owners to make the necessary arrangements to gather water during this period.
