A season defining week lays ahead for the VKB Knights as they chase a semi-final spot in the Ram Slam T20 starting with a vital match against the Cobra’s in Kimberley tonight.
Nicky Boje’s troops are currently fourth on the table with their Cape counterparts in the second position.
The Knights and Cobra's however are two of five teams separated by just four points heading into the final games of the round robin stages making the knockout match-ups anyone's guess.
The Knights, who come off the back of 2 losses and 1 no result will need a win against the Cobras and then the Dolphins on Friday in Bloemfontein, to strengthen their chances of moving into the knockouts.
While history favors the Cobra's in this fixture, a cornered knights side should not be written off when these sides clash at the Diamond Oval in Kimberley this evening at 18:00
