Due to the rain in Bloemfontein this match was reduced to 7 overs each, with the Titans managing to win by 9 runs according to the Duckworth-Lewis method.

Today the Titans face the KZN Tuskers and a win send them into the next round along with the Knights.

The Titans skipper, Dean Elgar, said it’s effectively a quarter-final.

“It's another big game for us and it's also a must-win. We know what it as stake for us.

“We are either going to have a holiday or prepare for Kimberley.

“It's another massive encounter for us against another good side that plays T20 cricket really well.

“I would like to think that we are moving in the right direction as a team. As mentioned, we haven't had a lot of results go our way of late.”

This game at the Mangaung Oval is scheduled to start at 10:00 on Thursday morning, while the Knights face the Rhinos at 14:30. This is of course if the weather permits any play.
