            A decadent breakfast for two on a chilly morning.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs, separated
 - 5 tbsp pure maple syrup
 - ½ tsp vanilla
 - Pinch salt
 - ¼ c slivered almonds
 
How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 350F
 - Beat yolks until pale and frothy, then add syrup, vanilla and salt.
 - In another bowl, whip egg whites to stiff peaks.
 - Fold whites into yolk mixture.
 - Heat a large, oven safe pan and spray with cooking spray.
 - Add almonds, then egg mixture.
 - Cook over low heat 8 minutes. Transfer to oven and cook 8 minutes.
 - Serve hot.
