This might have nothing to do with breakfast but........ as I always say..... food should be adventurous. Pop this baby in the oven, pan or in the coals for a brunch taste explosion.
Carefully cut the ribeye, dividing it in 2 fillets. Do not cut it all the way through.
Fill with blue cheese and spice to taste.
