The Griquas will be focus on better discipline in particular following their 30-20 defeat to the Toyota Cheetahs on the weekend in Bloemfontein.

The Griquas have the luxury of having game time and continuity, while Sharks in their turn did have a bye last week.

The 21-year-old Peacock Blues flyhalf, Zander du Plessis, told OFM Sport that they have to make a step-up.

“We know that it is going to be a tough game against the Sharks in Durban.

“They are a quality side with good players.

“I think that continuity is key, especially with such a short turn-around between the games.

“Our discipline against the Cheetahs let us down in the first half and we didn't use our opportunities.

“Hopefully we can build on our second half performance and take it into our game on Wednesday.”

Wednesday’s match at Kings’ Park kicks off at 17:45.
