It will be their last derby match in South Africa before heading back overseas to tackle Leinster in Dublin.

While the Lions lost the return-leg Jukskei derby 21-13 to the Bulls at Loftus Versfeld, the captain, Jaco Kriel, said it's a matter of correcting the small things.

“We spoke about the defence for the whole week and worked really hard. Our shoulders felt it, which is good. That is how you fix mistakes.

“We probably created enough opportunities, but it is just small details and small mistakes that we are probably letting ourselves down with.

“If we can fix that it will be a whole different story. We really felt that we gave ourselves enough opportunities to convert pressure into points, which we didn't do.”

Saturday's match between the Lions and Stormers at Ellis Park kicks off at 15:00, while at 17:05 the Bulls are at home to the Sharks.
