The Telkom Knockout quarter-final draw has been made ahead of this weekend’s last eight fixtures. Bloemfontein Celtic will travel to Rustenburg where they will face Roger de Sa’s Platinum Stars at 15:30 on Saturday afternoon.

Over the weekend Celtic came back from 2-0 down in the last 20 minutes of regulation time to stun the 2016 runners-up, SuperSport United, in a penalty shootout.

Matsatsantsa A Pitori may see the result as somewhat of a blessing in disguise seeing that they have had a hectic schedule and will be facing the Congolese outfit home and away in the final of CAF Confederations Cup.

While Dikwena have had a tough season in the PSL, their last two results were positive: A 1-1 draw to Free State Stars in the PSL, and Saturday’s penalty shootout win against Maritzburg United at the Harry Gwala Stadium in Telkom Knockout.

However, they are still the bottom-of-the-log team in the PSL, and Phunya Sele Sele will fancy their chances.

In the other three games, Orlando Pirates will host Polokwane City in Soweto, while Chippa United entertain Kaizer Chiefs in Port Elizabeth and Wits are at home to Baroka FC.

Celtic will play in a league game on Tuesday evening when they host Maritzburg United at the Dr Petrus Molemela Stadium. This match in Bloemfontein kicks off at 19:30.
