Manu want to set the record straight─── MORGAN PIEK 16:18 Wed, 08 Dec 2021
The English giants, Manchester United, will want to set the record straight on Wednesday evening when they face Young Boys in the UEFA Champions League.
United has already qualified for the next round and they will look to rest players, especially with the hectic festive schedule coming up.
During matchday 1, United lost 2-1 to the Swiss outfit in Bern.
The new Manu interim coach, Ralf Rangnick, said they have to make up for those lost points.
“I haven't finally decided on my team, but it makes sense we will rest a few players due to the crowded fixture list.
“We need to make sure we have as many recovered players as possible but also need the positive momentum.
“The first game in this group we lost at Young Boys so we need to make up for that.”
This game at Old Trafford gets underway at 22:00.
Meanwhile, at 19:35 Zenit will face the defending champions, Chelsea, at the Gazprom Arena in St Petersburg.
