Bloemfontein - Opposition parties in the Free State Legislature have different ideas on what should be prioritised in the provincial budget that is set to be tabled in the Legislature tomorrow.
All of them agree that the way in which MEC Elzabe Rockman distributes the provincial finances needs to change in order to improve the delivery of infrastructure and services.
Cathy Dlodlo spoke to them about their wish lists and what can be done to make it come true.
