Lloyd Harris has made it through two rounds of qualifying, over the weekend, to progress to the main draw of the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships (an ATP 500 event).
Lloyd beat Teymuraz Gabashvili and then Blaž Rola, both in straight sets, to advance.
He now faces unseeded Australian, Christopher O'Connell, in the first round on Monday.
O'Connell is currently ranked 122 in the ATP singles rankings.
Last week Harris beat his childhood hero, Stanislas Wawrinka, in the opening round of the Qatar Masters in Doha.
