South Africa's leading men's singles player, Lloyd Harris, is into to the quarter-finals of the European Open being played in Antwerp.
Harris needed less than an hour and a half of court to beat Germany's Jan-Lennard Struff in straight sets.
The 24-yearold Harris served 11 aces as he being Struff 6-2 and 6-3.
Harris will go on to face the winner between Spain's Roberto Bautista Agut and Hungary's Márton Fucsovics in the quarter-finals.
Harris and his partner, Xavier Malisse, of Belgium will also play in the quarter-finals of the doubles later today when they face Marcelo Melo of Brazil and Ivan Dodig of Croatia.
