Former South African rugby player Percy Montgomery uses his charity work as motivation to keep fit.
Percy ended his international career in August 2008, when he held the all-time record for both caps and points for the Springboks. He was also part of the Boks team who won the 2007 World Cup in France.
Percy joined the Good Morning Breakfast to share more about living a healthy lifestyle and his charity work with Ironman 4 the Kidz.
