Forbes released it's annual list of The World's Billionaires, which charts the net worth of the world's richest. Last year at aged 21, Kylie Jenner was revealed to be the world's youngest self-made billionaire. Now, at the age of 22, the beauty mogul has held onto the title for a second year in a row, with the sale means her business is now valued at roughly $1.2 billion (over R21 billion)
