According to The Insider, Amber Heard’s lawyer is revealing some shocking information that argues that Amber’s ex-husband, Johnny Depp, is trying to "ruin her life" and "destroy her," in the opening statements at Johnny Depp’s defamation trial.

Johnny is suing Amber for $50 million (over R700 million), claiming that in 2018 Amber insinuated that he domestically abused her and that in return damaged his career, causing him to lose film roles. The case has reached its climax as Amber's lawyer J. Benjamin Rottenborn told the jury that Johnny is "going to try to turn this case into a soap opera".
