Moenie dat aandete jou onderkry nie! Sjef Sune Niemand het 'n maklike resep spesiaal vir jou te danke aan CHECKERS. Vanaand maak jy hoender en noodle-sop. Luister na die podcast vir 'n paar tips saam met Sjef Sune.

Chicken and noodle soup
Serves 4
Ingredients
1 litre chicken stock (as previously prepared or ready-made from CHECKERS)
250g cooked chicken, skinned, boned and shredded
100g chunks of peeled sweet potato
125g noodles (or any pasta)
25g parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Method
Bring the chicken stock to the boil, add the noodles and the sweet potato chunks and cook for 15 minutes. Lower the temperature and add the cooked chicken and the parsley.
Season and serve piping hot.
