The Free State has, for the first time, received the bid to host the prestigious event, the SA Air rifle Championships, for the next two years (2026/2027). The championship will take place this year from 27 September to 1 October. However the expenses are astronomically high. We, as a Province ,are compelled to reach out to businesses that want to make a difference in children’s lives to help us host the SA Championships. We would, therefore, like to join hands with strong business leaders and help the new generation of young people to develop their character, promote their talents, and create new opportunities for them. We would like you to become part of the target shooting family. We intend to host the championship in Bloemfontein, with approximately 420 shooters participating. In order to save costs, the championship will mainly take place at Hoërskool Sentraal. On the final evening, a formal dinner and prize-giving will be held at one of the Bloem Show halls for approximately 1,000 people.We would greatly appreciate any assistance of any kind, and should you decide to make a contribution, we will also promote and advertise your business.
