Run For Me - Charity Fun Run

South Africa; CRC Cares has announced the return and national expansion of its “Run For Me” Charity Fun Run, taking place on Youth Day, Tuesday, 16 June 2026. Following a successful 2025 debut that attracted more than 2,800 participants across two cities, the initiative has grown into a seven-city movement supporting vulnerable and abandoned children across South Africa. The 2026 event will take place in Bloemfontein, Midrand, George, Gqeberha, and Rustenburg, with additional locations still to be announced. Hosted by CRC Cares, supported by MANZI Water, and presented in partnership with One Gospel, the event aims to raise awareness and support for vulnerable children. All proceeds will go towards Talitha Cumi Place of Safety, which cares for children who have been abandoned, abused, or placed in need of protection. Organisers describe the event as more than a run, but a national call to action. “This Youth Day, we are reminded that the future of our nation depends on how we care for our children, especially the most vulnerable among us,” said Pastor Keshia, Head of CRC Cares.
